Adhering to the idea that products used for personal health or first aid should be harmless to you and the environment, eScential Wellness is committed to making products that are safe to put on your skin, and effective in what they do. Many of life's small irritations can be soothed by nature's pharmacy - therapeutic grade essential oils. All products are made in small batches, so are fresh, and use only natural Vitamin E as a preservative. This means they may not last as long as chemically laden lotions and potions that possibly have spent weeks in transit and have spent months on a shelf.....but, unless contaminated, they should last 6-12 months. Component ingredients are purchased as certified organic, and fair trade, when possible and where noted.

eScential Wellness products are created by Nancy Scott, a Certified Aroma Health Practitioner (CAHP) and a member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists. She is also a registered Reflexology Practitioner (RRPr) and member of the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario, as well as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP.) Previously, Nancy worked as a medical laboratory technologist, and has a solid clinical chemistry background. Her time spent in Microbiology also assures strict attention to aseptic technique.

Nancy has trained extensively in the organic chemistry behind the science of essential oils, with teachers such as Andrea Butje of Aromahead Institute in Florida, as well as with Rhiannon Harris, an aromatherapist who practices in France, and Robbi Zeck, of Australia. She has just returned from another 2-day seminar this autumn on the existing worldwide scientific data available on the efficacy of various essential oils in clinical conditions, presented by Robert Tisserand. On-going education and self research are an integral part of product development.
