I am glad that I ordered extra lavender because I seem to be using a lot of it. I burned the back of my hand on the oven door it was 450 degrees. I rinsed my hand in cold water and applied lavender to the burn. I kept reapplying for quite a while. To my surprise the burn did not blister and there is no permanent scarring. Thanks for telling me about all the uses for lavender.
