Each chakra has an associated color, personality trait, element, and essential oils. There are 7 different gift packs; one for each chakra. Each pack comes with a card detailing information about that chakra ~ its origin & purpose, how you feel when it is balanced, over- or under-active. Select which chakra seems most out of balance for you. Included is a positive affirmation, and 5 mls of an essential oil blend in organic jojoba oil. Wear as scent, and, when you apply it, recite the positive affirmation to yourself. The scent will become associated with the positive thought.
