As a mother of two active kids, I often see scrapes, cuts, chapped lips and broken skin. To avoid infection and promote healing, I carry a pot of Healing Ointment with me everywhere I go. The cream has magical powers. First, my kids don't object when I apply it because it doesn't sting or feel uncomfortable on their skin. Its scent is mild and so they don't notice it. Second, it heals the cut quickly helping to combat infection and scarring. Recently, my daughter received rope burns on the back of her legs right at the knee creases as a result of a dog leash. Her cuts were about 10 cm in length, a cm wide and deep into the skin. After getting over the shock, I went immediately for the Healing Ointment. Like all moms, I was afraid of infection because of the depth, length and location of the cuts. Twice daily we applied the cream (without any fuss from my daughter) and bandaged the areas. The cuts began to heal very quickly. After a week, the cuts are almost healed with very little sign of scarring.
